Terms & Conditions

• All Pay as you go session fees are non-refundable / non-transferable
• Monthly bookings are non- refundable (Will can consider a class transfer if there is an available space)
• In the event of a customer wishing to transfer to a class that requires an extra fee there will be an extra charge of 10% to cover administration costs
• In event of long-term sickness / injury please contact us to discuss our policies.
• All gymnasts must have the correct Welsh Gymnastics Sport80 insurance to participate in sessions. (Excluding Broga Bach and Adult Gymnastic) Sport:80 | Investing in Sport
• During periods of enforced closure, national lockdowns, or severe weather conditions, classes will move to an online class of an appropriate length / home learning. In such instances class codes will be sent by email. No refunds will be offered.

- Dismissing from sessions (from side door by the shutter)

• Primary Age (Bangor Bears) = 

All gymnasts are to be kept inside the building until their parent/guardian has been seen by the coach. 

All gymnasts must be picked up from the railings. 

Under no circumstances should a gymnast be allowed to walk across the car park to their parent/guardian car. Parents will be called to the railings.

• Secondary Age 

(Not all but most Leaping Leopards / Ninjas) = 

All gymnasts are to be kept inside the building until their parent/guardian has been seen by the coach. 

Gymnasts may walk across the car park however under no circumstances should a gymnast be allowed to leave the building if the coach has not seen their parent/guardian.
